XBcopy Problem: Blank blue screen

I downloaded XBCopy for at least 5 different sources and every time I tried to run it all I get is a blank blue screen! I tried to run it on two different Xbox's with two different BIOS's, so I don't know what to do! Is there anyone who has a working XBcopy that they want to send to me? My AIM is iem1kooldude or just reply to this post.
