ive downloaded a few movies and lately once unzipping them instead of getting an img or iso i get the media player logo
and cant recode to dvd (with winavi) or even play the movie
ive downloaded loads of codec packages but still no joy

anyone help????????????????

There are numerous formats that could ahve the media player logo. What is the file extension? You might want to try something like GSpot to detect what container/codecs it uses.

Codec packs are bad, I would not recommend installing them.
