Don't purchase, don't buy, don't try. I have a 3Ghz computer w/3 GB ram, 120 GB HD, and it crashes. The computer is new, I don't have any anti-virus or other apps in background. Also, I send emails for comments, problems, etc, and it comes back that the email failed because their email box is no longer active. I'm sort of leery of their dependability.

I have DVDSanta and use it from time to time. It has its pros and cons but never crashes on me. So what happened?
