I just recently installed DMS4 Pro mod-chip, installed Toxic bios 1.3, etc. Before, the system worked fine for numerous games although sometimes would not keep up with fmv sequences and intermittently frooze (was pretty hot) while playing normal ps2 games flawlessly. I was asking advice on wether my system was overheating, if the mod-chip needed a new ground wire (was told that might fix errors) and if so, which alphabetical contact pad would be used for that ground (besides the regular B pad), or if there was any other suggestions why the system would not boot (black screen) after playing for some time?

Modchips screw with your PS2,

Can't you try + pay for someone to get it fixed?
