Trouble loading ToxicOS

Having trouble getting ToxicOS on my DMS4 Pro.
Have a v10 PS2.
All Green LEDs.
Held Square down then turn on PS2 and got the Disable Screen.
Burned the 3 ToxicOS files (ToxicOS-Upgrade-0.2.cue/TOS_UP03.ELF/ToxicOS-Upgrade-0.2.bin) onto CD-r with Nero.
Now when i turn on the PS2 with the CD in, it goes to the Browser screen with a CD in the middle, click X the screen goes Black then back to the screen?

Need Help THankS...
