I have a dvd that came off ebay and it want play.The region code is set to 2.Is there anyway to change the code so it will play or should I just toss the dvd in the trash and go to walmart. My region code is 1.

You can burn it using Shrink/Nero or Shrink/Decrypter and the results will be a "region free" DVD copy.

As far as changing the code on the original disc or on your DVD player, it can't be done.

If you run DVD43 in the backround the disc should be seen as region free.
