Got a V3 last week. Downloaded latest Motorola Phone Tools. Software works as they describe.

First, (which has nothing to do with phone tools), audio volume of built in ear speaker seems very low (from person talkin to ME) and can't find way to adjust my ear volume other than to put them on speaker phone but then everyone else can hear too. I really hate that.

Second their "hello moto" video demo on the phone is nearly full screen. However, when I try my own 12 second clip which transfers over to the phone with no problem, the damn thing is only 1/3 screen size and poorer resolution than theirs. I asked Motorola what's up with that but they do not reply. The video I make is digital 720 X 480 in FCP (final cut pro) and phone tools converts. I also made my own Mpeg4 file close to screen size but they shrink that to 1/3 as well in the transfer. In the preview mode (with phone tools video edit) my videos fill up the screen on the PC phone window, but lose quality and size in the transfer. What the hell...

Lastly, I would like to delete all the motorola screensavers and demos on the V3 but phone tools will not allow this. How is that done?
