do you have the ftp enabled?

Also, try deleting the gamesave for avalaunch in the micro$oft dash....then (using the avalaunch file manager) delete the cache files to be sure. {whatever's in the folders X,Y,Z} DON'T delete the folders though

All I use is IRC,but if you can run a boot disk or autoloader with a file manager on it. You should be able to switch back to the evox dash....since it's easier to configure and more stable. Once you get that switched back, try to get your settings back to the way you had them when you could ftp. I know there have been a few xbox's that I've modded that have had troubles with avalaunch....and they would freeze every now and then.

AVALAUNCH FILES
media (folder)
avadash.xbe (might be named otherwise)
config.xml (if I remember)

worth a shot
