CD Burner doen't recognize 700mb CDRs!

Please help me, my cd burner is a Sony CRX160E 12X/8X/32X and when I insert a 700MB CDR, it recognizes it as a 650MB one. Please tell me how to set the drive to make it recognize it as a 700MB disc.
