I say Pistons, they have alot of talent, no superstars but stars and the piston defense is gonna shut down the spurs. Tayshaun Prince has Manu Ginobili number and Big Ben and Cambell have Tim Duncan. Pistons have a very good bench compared to the spurs and therefor the pistons will win in 6.

Pistons all the way!! Tim Duncan is no match for the "Defense by Commitee" approach the Piston have all but perfected! Detroit will probably have some trouble early in the series but will prevail in 6 games.

I'm from michigan and have always been a pistons fan. I think they have a good chance to win but the spurs are a tough team. It's going to be a good series. The spurs are a good defensive team just like detroit. It will probably come down to what team makes the least amount of turn-overs. If Billups gets hot and starts dropping threes its over.

the pisstons will win in 7.
their not like any other good great team. the lakers sweep the bulls sweep but the pisstons win and win ugly. i love Defence, both the wallace's are good players who had bad teams, the other starter are OK but only can do 1 or 2 things both wallace's are the bones of the team bout they can do anything with out the mucles and the skin.
mucles= the other starter
skin the=beanch

Pistons in 6 indeed but comparing the two, Spurs lost last year to the lakers and detroit beat the shit out of them. So they definitely have a chance of winning another championship.

HONESTLY! Who cares about either team. Who cares about the pistons or spurs! They both as so boring to watch. Larry Brown is going to bail on the Pistons when the year is over anyway. The Spurs have the lifeless Tim Duncan who is not a superstar. In my opinion, without a Superstar to watch like a Jordan...who cares. This would all be different folks if D. Wade had not gotten hurt....yall realize that right?

San Antonio can easily beat Detroit. Detroit had problems defeating Miami, in which the two stars of the team were half injured. Had they been in full health, they would've put the Pistons out of the playoffs. Now, they have to face a healthy well rested San Antonio, who easily swept the competition against Phoenix (which isn't a pushover team). Do you honestly believe the Pistons have a chance?
Me think not.

Yes I do, no one gave a chance last year against the lakers and they beat them 4-1. Shaq and Kobe were both 100%.

1) The Lakers were NOT a defensive team. Their entire lineup were a bunch of cocky egotistical morons, which helped lead to their downfall. The Spurs are their EXACT opposite. They are what we like to call "Silent Assassins." No one takes credit and no one gets exited.
2) We're not dealing with Shaq and Kobe, we're dealing with Tim Duncan and the best defensive team in the West. Note the word defensive.

The Spurs just got there ass handed to them in Game 4 by 31 points and allowed 101 points. Detroit got beat by 15 in game 2.
So which team is the better defensive team ummmmmmmmmmm........

Pistons DOMINATED game 4! That game was amazing. It showed the true colors of the Detroit and how they play the game. Great defense, offense, hustle, and teamwork. What more do you want? The Spurs don't have a chance in game 5. It will only take 1 win in San Antonio to bring home the trophy and show the country last year wasn't a fluke.

That was great game. Too bad the outcome is opposite from what I wanted!! Robert Horry killed us. I have to give it to him, he was unbeleivable. Even though I am a diehard Detroit fan, I don't think we can win two in a row at San Antonio. We might be able to pull out a win in game 6, but Spurs are too strong at home to let 2 games get by them. We can only hope the Pistons can pull out a miracle.

Thanks Rasheed for leaving Horry wide open. There is no way the pistons can win two in a row at San Antonio. Rasheed has been pretty crappy in almost every playoff series. I don't know why they didn't play McDyess more in game 5. He has been consistent in almost every game. Go Pistons 2005-2006.

The spurs need to stay together to insure game 7's win.
Defense !!! and solid passing, is key. Lets hope Big Shot Rob comes alive thursday nite. There may be a chance to dethrone and send away the one-time wonder piston squad of the 21 century..
yeah, it will only happen from a distance ..

Don't count out Detroit just yet. The Pistons played a solid game last night and deserved that win. I think the Spurs are on the outs. Pistons have the momentum even though the Spurs are at home. Thursday should be a great game, and the Detroit is quite capable of pulling out a W!!! This kind of game is Detroit's cup of tea. They always seem to pull through when thier backs are up against the wall
GO PISTONS!!!!!!!
