Need help finding the right Divx, Xvid, and DVD player

Im looking into getting a new dvd player that will play divx and xvid avis. Ive looked around and it seems a lot of people have a philips dvp642 but I have heard that these players will be discontinued due to a lot of them breaking around 6 months after ownage. One guy said he had a yamada dvx 6700 and it was pretty cheap. I right now have a cyberhome that plays pretty much everything, but doesnt do the xvid and divx. It was only $25 though. I know cyberhome makes a model that does play divx and xvid but I cant find it in the u.s., only in germany but guess what i dont speak german. Im not looking to spend more than $100 so let me know what you guys have or if you have had any problems with the one you have. Thanx
