burning a 2 part movie

i just downloaded a movie that is in 2 parts. it fits on one disc, but when i used copy to dvd to burn the video ts folders on both parts, it only burned the first half twice! What might i have done wrong?

Use DVD Shrink in the re-author mode. Just drag your video_ts folders from the right side of the screen to the left
