ok, i bought some dvds that were on sale at fry's eletronics awhile ago so i could back up my movies and dvd games. it was like 5 bucks for a 50 pack of printable dvd-r 4x. the brand it under GQ, and it seems that they use different manufacturers, cuz ive seen other manufacturers under their name in the past. but, i popped the disk in my dvd drive and opened dvd intentifier, and it says its made by mitsubushi chemcial corp, mcc 02rg20.

i'm jus wondering if dvd indetifier ever lies abotu media, or maybe gets confused about em, cuz if this is authentic then i believe this might be some good media after all.

any replies/comments welcome

£2.75 for 50 DVD-R? MCC dye too? (thats what they would cost here in the uk, cheapest ive come across with MCC dye is 16 quid for 50/ $29)

i would pay £2.75 for 50 discs even if they were CMC (Crappy Media Corporation, TM) dye..

methinks you had a good deal there, atlnicca

maybe Fry's Electronics had a retard on work experience pricing up that day? :) LOL
