Hey! I'm new here, but I am having a MAJOR problem with ripping DVDs. I've got the .d2v file, but it won't go into TMPGEnc. Everytime I try to put it in, it says that the file cannot open, or unsupported. Does ANYONE know of anything I can do? Please help! thanks,

<3 Jess

What exactly are you trying to do with this movie? If you're trying to copy a DVD onto another DVD, TMPGEnc isn't a program that's used to do this usually. Can you please describe your entire process in detail so we can help you better? Don't worry about making too long a post, we don't mind.

Hi, thanks for replying! Uh, let's see... I'm trying to make clips from DVDs, to put into Window's Movie Maker. I've ripped the clips off the DVD using the DVD Decrypter, then I saved them as a project file in DVD2AVI, but when I try to put that into TMPGEnc, the message pops up. I don't know what to do, lol. It can be SO frustrating! :) okay, well if you can help, that would be great, thanks!

I'm sorry but I've only used TMPGEnc 1 time and it was quite some time ago, so I don't think I can help you with this one. I'm sure someone else will step in though...
