Problems with finalizing my burnt DVD backup with CLONEDVD2

Im doing everything right when I backup my dvd using CLONEDVD2 and DVD Decrypter. But when they both get to 100%, and start "erasing temp files and writing buffers..." it takes forever and I end up having to turn my pc off and on again on my power surge strip because my pc freezes and doesnt do anything when I try to close ANYTHING down in any window program.

This hasn't done this the first ten times I've started using these programs and this just started doing this.
Or just Windows period. Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Windows XP HP MediaCenter purchasd 11/04.
I have both a built in CD/DVD-ROM drive and separate CD/DVD-+RW drive.
