Problems with finalizing my burnt DVD backup with CLONEDVD2

By the way, my backups have been working when I do end up restarting my pc and testing them in my pc dvd-rom drive and my home Panasonic dvd player. So the backups do work, I just dont know what the deal is with the two programs taking forever to finalize.
