Have I bought a fake infinity matrix se?

Having checked the many web sites I have noticed that all the chips seem to have Actel on them, however mine has "matrix infinity se dns.1011" and the whole layout is different. It looks like this
http://www.evolucion2000.com/playstation-2/matrix-infinity-chip-p...

I also recieved an extra pcb with 8 resistor/transistor?? type things on it and 4 solder points. Does anyone have any idea what this or where I can get some more information.

Thanks

"The Matrix Infinity SE is a clone of the original Matrix Infinity. The good thing about these chips is you are getting most of the functions of the original Matrix Infinity at the fraction of the cost. The down side is they are clones and you can't expect all the functions of the official chip in a clone. They can only be flashed with bios versions up to 1.40 and you are not able to change settings in the config menu without hurting the chip. With that said, these chips are extremly good value for money, if you are just happy for the chip to work as is and not need to update, these chips will be for you."
I think this is the "other" pcb you have?:

(The pcb contains 8 diodes for protection of your PSTwo laser lens).

Thanks Masi for clearing that up for me.

The pcb I have is a bit like the one you showed me only it only has the 4 diodes and what seems like 4 solder points. Which look like being T1 T2 F1 F2, even though they dont have any markings.

J, k, 5v and GND appear to be missing. Any ides on solder points for this PCB?

Thanks again

Did you get your modchip without installation manual?
There something...anything written on the pcb?
Can you put some pictures of the pcb to net...It would be much easier to recognize? And finally, where did you buy the chip...Is there some info on their website?
