what program do you mean ?
I think i found the problem. The movie is not PAL like i said, but it's NTSC. TMPGEnc is now busy "processing inverse telecine", and remaining time is 4h !!!

Well Inverse telicline doesn"t Convert NTSC to PAL...
Inverse Telicline Converts 29.976FPS Teliclined interlaced NTSC Video to Progressive 23.976fps NTSC video so after doing IVTC you will still have a NTSC File...

Well that Explains it Because TMPGEnc can not do proper Frame Rate Conversions and that is why it is out of Sync After encodeing....
The only encoder I know that Does Good convertions from NTSC to PAL is Canopus Procoder....

hello

i ve found out what the problem was. I had to transcode the mpg file with WinDVR3 because due to my tv capture card software' bugs there were some faults in the file. Bur now it's all OK
