sorry to be an ass but your spelling and grammar are getting worse all the time!!! Apostrophes where they are not supposed to be, no apostrophe where there is supposed to be one. Also exclamation marks where there are supposed to be question marks.....how old are you...are you still in primary school?

@ Toiletman: i'm trying but i seem to be a bit hyped up at the moment.Just started doing an 8 week health junket.No coke/pepsi/chips /chocolate lollies .but the good news is my personal trainer is killing me with 3km jogs and then theres the weights and if thats not enough she expects me to eat 3 square meals a day with veges.God i dont think i'm going to survive?
Can some one put me out of my misery please?
