did you add a 100mb dummy file on the dvd-r that you burned?YES
and did you burn the file/s as an image?YES

you can't flash over the network? what version is your xbox?

try putting the little tiny switches to this
on,off,off,on,off
boot up your xbox and tell me if it boots to the Flashbios screen?
