Gameshark codes for old version of gameshark

Wow - Great tool and great thread. After much playing around and failure, i finally got some codes to work on my GS2V2. What is curious is that when i convert ARMax codes to Raw, it works just fine and the 2nd string makes sense; like inf lives in Time Crisis has an ending string of 00000009 (9 lives is game max) and easy mission qualify has ending string 000003E7 (999 in dec for max hit combo). So it looked good, and it worked. however, when i try to convert GS2v3 codes to Raw, i was expecting the same output as ARMax to Raw - but it was COMPLETELY different. Here is what is up

the Raw ARMax code is the only one that works... So any other cheats from codebreakers and Gameshark are unusable for me. Am i doing something wrong? Am i wrong to think that all the Raws here should have come to be the same? Thanks for any advice, it is much appreciated.

I have a problem. I just bought one of the new playstations, you know the sleek small kind. Heres the problem my new PS2 will not allow the Gameshark to load. I repeadly get insert a PS2 disk error. If anyone knows how to get it to work please tell me. Thankyou.

Hey Reno_t.. look in my first post.. i actually asked for Final Fantasy X2 and they gave me the M code.. but i only make the guil code to work.. i tried with yuna max experience and all that stuff and it dont work.. after that i stop trying but i will continue testing till i can get the rite now...

lol... well that up to you.. i also need to buy a gs 2 v4 .. or maybe i should try action replay.. wel really dunno.. but rite now i almost dun play any ps2 game. or even any video game so i'll haf to wait till i finish my studies to buy my new gs or ar or even codebreaker..

To anyone that has an old Interact Gameshark:
We cannot support any version of the Interact Gameshark, period. For anyone who would like a rundown as to why:
Interact originally developed Gameshark. They had their own encryptions, own software, and basically their own ways of creating the devices which made the Gameshark popular.
January, 2003: Interact announced that, after much financial struggle, they filed for bankruptcy and shut their offices down. Mad Catz, who has been looking into trying to find a way into the game enhancement market for some time now, saw this as an opportunity to acquire and continue the legacy of one of the best game enhancement products on the market. After much negotiations though, Interact was only willing to hand over the name, "Gameshark", and the affiliated website (at the time), www.gameshark.com (which was still being supported at the servers of www.ign.com). This did NOT include any of the older product information, such as technical data, hardware, software specs, product designs or patents. All it gave us was the right to use the name "Gameshark", and continue updates and maintenance on the website.
Since this was the case, the older Gamesharks that Interact supported were gone. The original specs, software, hardware and technical data was purportedly taken down along with the company, although some have speculated that it could have been sold off to another company. Either way, Mad Catz has never offered support for those older Gamesharks because, simply put, there is no one here who knows how they work.
The Mad Catz Gameshark uses a new code format, brand new code encryption, updated menu features.....basically, a new Gameshark built from the ground up. I'm surprised that this was never posted here before, but now you know that Mad Catz has ZERO support for the old InterAct 'Sharks for ANY system. You can call or email tech support on Gameshark, as long as you have a Mad Catz Gameshark only!

Hey, I need a mastercode for gameshark2 Version 2 for Crash Bandicoot: Twinsanity also I want to know if I am converting the Gameshark2 V4 code for Max lives to v2 or raw correctly the code for V4 is 280CBA78 A1426965 and i converted it using INPUT: GS2v3-4 and for OUTPUT: Raw and i got 2016961C 08030800. I also need the star ocean 3 master code if anyone can help me. I used maxconvert to try to convert from ARMax to raw and I got some error in the conversion info part.
This is what it says
INPUT ERROR: unable to convert 32-bit command in code #1.

Hi.
I have a problem with the Final Fantasy X-2 Codes
My Gameshark 2 is the version 1.3, and i downloaded the maxconvert to convert the new codes to the old gameshark version, but it didn't work.
Somebody can show me how to do it right, because every code that i found i put it in the max convert but i can't make it work.
I need:
Master Code
Inf Gil Code
99 Exp for Yuna Code
Inf Hp (Yuna) in Battle Code
Inf MP (Yuna) in Battle Code
And the Dresspheres Code
All for the Gameshark 2 V1.3
If anybody can help me or show me the right codes, would be great.
