baabaa beat me to it but I agree 100% Happy Gilmore is the funniest and best movie IMO with Fast Times at Ridgemont High in second :-) Then probably "Theres Something About Mary"

You guys have to go out and find a copy of "Shakes the Clown" with Bobcat Goldswait. I just about pissed myself laughing at that movie. "The Big Lebowski" is another great funny movie.
