i used to go hit a punching bag...but then i split it open. since then, i try to use various relaxation techniques and play video games.

Well the tv cabinet wasnt the most stable in the world, I just got it from my neighbors cause they were throwing it out. Lol that collapse did make my day tho. I spent a good 2 hours trying to nail that thing back together.

when i get pissed off i go and either punch the wall or i go have a couple of shots of hard liquir. but i usually log into aftetrdawn.
yes i punched the wall about 4 months ago and and put a hole around 4inches by 4inches, so i stuck a picture in front of it.

I just walk around and punch stuff. sometimes it helps when you watch t.v and play games. I think masterbating might work. I don't know haven't tryed yet.

LMAO!!! Now isn't THIS an interesting thread...
Well for me, I tend to not get pissed about things, I live in a state of karma.
When someone, for instance, does something to "annoy" me, I tend to smile and let it go, I don't have to worry about it, cause in the end, it will come back to them.
If all else fails, I put on relaxing music, or meditate when I can.

I have always had very short fuse so it won't need much to get me pissed off - and people really notice when I'm on bad mood. I'm not violent or anything like that, but I shout to other people and sometimes break some little things. Usually I try to get something fun to do as fast as possible to get my thoughts away from reason(s) for being mad, and ta most cases it works.
When I was about 15 I had 2 mopeds, one for use and another for spare parts. When I was in garage fixing the better one for hours and failed for some reason, I used to beat spare one's fuel tank with 5 kg sledgehammer for a while. Gee it felt good ;)

3 weeks ago i got totaly pi**ed off and i punched a big f*** off hole in the wall, felt a little better after it :-D, weird thing was, my hand did not even hurt at all?!?

hey,dont take it out on your ps2.that is what controllers are for.plus they are a hell of alot cheaper than the system itself.

controllers arent the same. You dont get the same pleasure when you slam your ps2 thru a tv cabinet, or kick a 6 inch hole in the wall. Its just not the same.
