hey jack, I just figured it out. Grab those files and put them in your apps folder. E: drive or F: if you upgraded your hard drive. take care.

You need to put the files into one folder, named something like dvd2xbox07_1 in that folder you should these folders, acl, logs, Media, Patches, and skins. There should also be these files in the dvd2xbox07_1 folder, default.xbe, dvd2xbox.nfo, dvd2xbox.xml, and MakePPF3.exe. Then ftp the dvd2xbox07_1 folder to the apps section of your E, F, or G drive.

You don't have to have that it just reminds you what version of dvd2xbox it is.

I think windows has a program that lets you unzip it, so just double click it. If not you can download a program like WinRAR.

All the files & folders that were extracted need to be in one folder, not just all thrown in the apps folder. What files were in it.

ftped all files after unzipping
There is no default.xbe files
All files are different names compared to old dvd2xbox
Are you supposed to keep old one in same drive as i moved them to
new folder for safe keeping.
xbox doesn't recognise files
Its probably something simple but i don't know

Im really new to all this...but i believe dvd2xbox is all ready on your unleashx dash. If you look on the main menu and go to System, then to Misc, on the bottom should be an option copy disc. Try to copy a game such as Halo 2 will result in an error 112(which means not enough room). This may not be Dvd2xbox but serves the same purpose.
