in the majority of people i know, problems could have been prevented by the parents. now, considering im asian and have mostly asian friends, there may be a culture clash.

asian people have guns? id think of all the people that wouldnt carry guns it definitely would be the asians.im mexican and damn if alot of us arent packin heat.im not implying we are a race of psyco-crazed gun weilding fanatics.but there is a contengency that do resemble this.

anyway,it doesnt matter what backgroud you are from.the same basic logic and common sense applies to everybody.and every situation is different.by no way are parents not responsible for raising their kids.but there are increasing cases where the parents did everything they could.even more than most other parents did for their kids.and still the kid fell into the wrong way of thinking.
