wcalifas, check out the dye side of the disk for defects.Mine had what looked like run's in the dye which caused the disc to skip are be coasters during the burn process.You may have gotten a better lot
than what I received.

I have just received my shipment of Arita discs from supermediastore.
All the problems listed above are correct. The dye on the discs are all messed up causing bad burns or disc skip.

These are some really bad disc.All 200 of them.

Yes the worst junk ive ever run across.If anyone is thinking of getting these just dig a hole in your yard and burn your money,because thats the only good burn you will get from these ARITA DISC.ARITA= GARBAGE BAD BAD BAD.

I thought that was the case re: Ritk Arita being second rate at best. The good Ritek brand is Ridata Grade A.

Hi guys from Oz...I have just started to use Ritek Inkjet Printables which I think are made for the Oz market.They have a picture on the wrapping of the Sydney opera house and a koala.My heart missed a beat when I read they were A product of Taiwan...No cause for panic though,so far they are burning beautifully.I am hoping the rest of the 100 GO5 burn as well as the first 20 or so.

Hmmmm, i used about 30 Arita discs and they werent damaged in any way. And i had no troubles at all with them.

Ridata is the higher quality end of the Ritek spectrum, whereas, Arita is second class. You were lucky.
