Yeh fourmann & Mik3h, Mr_Taz_UK does his homework & tells it like it is; likes to make out how smart he is and how he always reads the small print and yet signs up to this website that advertises that information will be collected by third party advertisers and used for their own purposes!!!(see below)
At least we guarantee that all information is secure & no one other that ourselves has access to any information entered unless the site is subject to electronics fraud (i.e. hackers/crackers)(keeping in mind that it's impossible to encrypt a ftp password, any website that doesn't have that in its TOS is open to law suits - Check google & yahoo, they have the same conditions just worded differently).
I think the real problem is that he doesn't trust any website that claims to give anything away for free which is understandable, unless you know how much advertiser are willing to pay to get you to visit a few websites... its as easy as that... thats how we can afford to send out free gifts.
Just to break it down for you
(1) Freeclickz accepts no responsibility for failures outside its jurisdiction. <--- No website can be expected to be responsible for things that it does not control.
This may include but is not limited to
third party tracking failure <--- This usually means your browser's not setup properly (your fault)
offer cancellation <--- This means you cancelled a contact (your fault)
or malicious intervention by electronic fraud <--- This means hacker/crackers
Hope that makes it easier to understand.

Afterdawn TOS
12 a. These advertisers or advertisement networks collect information about the users for their own purposes - that is, to target their advertisements better. These parties may gather information about user behaviour using cookies or any other techniques that allow user behaviour to be tracked.
b. In the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique "cookie" on your browser.
13. The company does not guarantee the correctness of the information provided on or through it's websites. The company cannot be held responsible for any damages, financial losses or legal action the use or inability to use the websites might cause to the users or any third party.
Afterdawn has these privacy policy's and disclaimer's, but it's the fact that you're giving stuff away, and in the small print you say that you could be scammed, be the victim of fraud or malicious hacking etc.
It applies more because you need credit card details, and people advertising on the board make's it look unprofessional.

so why not just say that?
This may include but is not limited to
third party tracking failure <--- This usually means your browser's not setup properly (your fault)
The traditional interpretation of third party is, in this instance, the delivery company, not your browser
offer cancellation <--- This means you cancelled a contact (your fault)
The traditional interpretation of offer cancellation is the party responsible for the offer running out of stock or simply pulling the offer as it is not economically viable. Anyone here remember air miles from Hoover? that was a complete marketing f**k up too
or malicious intervention by electronic fraud <--- This means hacker/crackers
Oooo, really? .... I'm sooo glad you cleared that up
Hope that makes it easier to understand.
bite me !!
take your unwanted offer and tout it somewhere else.
[edit]
It just occured to me that a professional company would not seek to defend itself in a public forum.
Even if it felt it really had to, it would not lower itself to the tatics of challenging the integrity of the forums host as comparison and justification for their own vague practices.
I take it from your obvious frustration that things are not working out to well for you.
Perhaps the Mods could make him .... er ..... appreciate the fact that this kind of behaviour is not wanted here.
Hang on, I came here to apologise to the admin & moderators for one of our members, as far as im aware that is professional - well it's our company policy.
It was you that desided that you would attempt to (mis)translate our terms of service for everyone.
But anyway thanks for your feedback, we have adjusted our TOS accordingly.

decided has a c in it.
Resorting to personal attacks is NOT professional behaviour !!

and my attempt pfffft !! your "TOS" was wide open to mis-interpretation on account of it being extremely vague.
Whilst I am glad you have made some [minor] changes to you TOS. I'm still not interested in your offer.
I will still inform others as to my feelings, and now I can point them towards this thread to see the kind of company they would be dealing with.
I believe there is an old saying "If it looks too good to be true, then it usually is". And I'm sorry to say, but the Freeclickz site looks too good to be true. Well, I mean, it doesn't look too good, but you get my point.
