Ok, well do you have UMD Emulator or Devhook and are they installed in the x:/psp/game/ directory? If they are then put the ISO in the x:/ISO directory and open the emulator in your PSP's game / memory stick menu.

You should now be able to run the application through your psp's main menu. Go to the Game section then memory stick.

Do you have PSP version 1.5? To find out go to your PSP's Settings menu, then to System Settings, then System Information. What System Software versoin does it say?

You know, I have no clue what you are doing wrong becuase from what I have told you it should work. You can get ISOs from torrent sites. Google it.
