Help! Can't get rid of viruses!

nope, didn't work, i scanned in safe mode and rebooted the computer and the viruses were still there! What should i do now? I don't see any other options.

I think that they all are in system restore. Try to follow these instructions -> http://www.brohm.org/SystemRestore.htm
EDIT: Remove the check mark from 'Disable System Restore' after reboot

yeh thats woth a try, like i said a while ago disabling sysmtem restore will help,

i don't get the system restore thing. I looked at it for the first time and it the box next to disable system restore was already checked, so i don't know what to do. How am i going to get the files out now?

what do you mean jjssj? Do i create another restore point now? Then all the viruses would be saved, wouldn't they and i don't want to restore to the total beginning because i have got a lot of important stuff on the computer now.

ok can i just ask you if youhave done what i told you to, you have not told me, all you have said is youve done a online virus scan.

ok look, i did what all of you said and i did it properly apart from doing tha whole reboot thing to the manufacture state. But, none of it worked. Then i tried to delete all the files with ccleaner and it worked! Hurrah! Thanks for all your help.

I have two options in my mind. Let's try one of them.
Can you access this directory?
C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\
I mean that there shouldn't be anything useful.
Copy this text to notepad and save it as fix.bat (save it as All Files)
attrib -h -r -s C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\*.*
del C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\*.*
Save it to your desktop and doubleclick it. Did it help?

what do you mean none of it worked, you were supposed to delete the files with ccleaner,LOL why do you think i told you download it for!!!
jjssj was right you were not doing it corretly lol, well as long as your sorted then its all good.
