yea i skinned the worthog to look gold but it wont come up does this only work on live??? because when i go look at it again in dothalo it says its gold

You have to clear your Cache files in your XYZ drives abd also is it the shared map.......

thats insolence you just drag and drop the sky from one map to another. if you dont have insolence you can get it off www.halomods.com or www.halomaps.com it can open 2 maps at once it may take a while though. oh yeh then in dothalo you go onto the scenario tag and it swap the sky depencency

there are loads more but i suggest googling it.
and try makin your own mods.

My friend just sent me all the ppf's for old and the new maps. does anybody know where i can apply the ppf's to the older maps or where to even find the old maps.

ok how to get halo 2 on hdd:

1) Put the Halo 2 disc in your XBOX
2) Open up Flash FXP
3) Go into the D folder on your XBOX
4) You should see this on the right side of Flash FXP:



5) Copy the entire "bink" folder to ur PC
6) Copy the entire "media" folder to ur PC
7) Copy every FILE that appears on your screen the first time to connect in FXP.
AKA: dashupadte.xbe, downloader.xbe, default.xbe, and update.xbe
8) Go into the "maps" folder
9) Copy the entire "fonts" folder to your PC
10) Go into the "maps" folder. You should see a screen similar to this:



11) COPY ONLY the following maps to ur PC:

* ascension.map
* beavercreek.map
* burial_mounds.map
* coagulation.map
* colossus.map
* cyclotron.map
* foundation.map
* headlong.map
* lockout.map
* mainmenu.map
* midship.map
* shared.map
* waterworks.map
* zanzibar.map
* single_player_shared.map



12) Make a folder under /E/games/ called "Halo 2"
13) FTP the "bink", "media", and the files specified above in the "maps" folder to your XBOX. Make sure to put them under the "Halo 2" folder.

14) Go to your modded INSTALLED dashboard and select "Games". Click on Halo 2. Happy modding.

mji just copy and paste the meta offset of the banshee to a turret then change the hlmt tag in dependencies to a ghost. This wil make you look like your flying a ghost and toher people look like there flying a turret!
p.s you cant change the hlmt of the turret back to a turret otherwise you can get in to it
