its the same thing with your hdd on your computer... i got a 80 gig but its actually 76 gigs usable...
actually there is a site that gives out psps for free..
but for them to give it to you you have to get 14 ppl to sign up for an offer on their credit card(which they can cancel out of after) and then they ship you the psp(which u got to pay for). it actually is for real as they have a number of reputable sites linked and commenting on it, i jus dont feel like going through that and i had bought my two psps already..
would you believe i have a second 1.5 black psp unused lying here and havent done anything with it lol

errr why, i have two 1.5s but only 1 1gig stick.. and i dont see a use for the other one and i keep saying i am going to sell it and just havent done it yet

downgrading IS safe , i was like you at 1st , but i have downgraded and upgraded about 4 times now and i think its piecefull thats has done it about 46

yh, i haveheard downgrading too many times bad for your psp, but i guess 4 wnt do too match damage...u can get a 1.5 in a alley way near my house for like £100..mite have sme scratches and smell of weed...but itll be fine after buying a new battery and 'x' button...
