That I was trying to explain. When I get the movie on hard drive, I already could not "watch" the movie. I mean I can open these VOB files (just main movie), but they are blank. That's why when I use VOB Blanker, I delete all blanks ang get .... just the end of the movie.

If you follow Alkohol's guide exactly you can rip,compress and burn the movie. You are doing something incorrect as too many people have done the movie that way. You are using the most up to date versions. If not you have to uninstall DVDFAB Decrypter completely from the HD and then re-install the new version. Is DVD43 or AnyDVD on your computer running at the same time as DVDFAB. If so cut them completely off

You are so right. I did leave out that I burn with Nero. Sorry. There goes my miracle.

maybe im missing something here but i just burned Dick & jane only used dvdfab decrypter vobblanker and DVD Shrink nothing else i burned with shrink????? did take me longer than 13 mins

My point exactly. I'm not saying there aren't some good free programs out there to use. Ive tried a lot of them. But when I use Shrink with AnyDVD running in the background I don't need decrypter. AnyDVD is taking care of that.If you notice in this thread a lot of people are getting these movies done in a 2 step process. I don't count AnyDVD as a step since it is already running in the background.So I Shrink and burn with Nero. If I were using Decrypter and Vol Blank and for example I had 7 or 8 movies I wanted to burn, that would add another 40 to 50 minutes of total time that I could spend doing something else. As a working person I consider my time has a value also. I really didn't mean to stir anyone up with my comments but I just like to follow 1 rule, "Work smarter,not harder".If a movie is small enough then there is no compression and Shrink just rips it.

I installed DVDFAB Decrypter, ripped it to the hard drive. I then turned it into an ISO with shrink dvd and burned it with Nero 7 Ultra. It burned flawlessly!

hi, for evry one have probleme to decrypte ''Fun with dick and jane ''
i try for 3 days and i fanilly make it, i got two dvd burner, first is HP630i and seconde is a Sony, i try with both and nothing to do, but some one told me to desactivat the sony and reboot the pc. it's work, i decrypt the movie and burn no probleme ,Sony have a little software to protect some movie, so i go in control panel,systeme,material, and i desactivat the dvd sony.

clonedvd2 and AnyDVD.
no problem copying , fun with dick and jane.
works great....
