Thanks, and Gerry, it may only supposed to be 72-96 hours for the addiction to wear off, but I had what could best be termed as "grand mal cravings" off and on, up to 1 month after I stopped smoking. I had numerous bouts of small cravings, off and on, for a long time after that.

I am good to go now, and don't really remember the last craving that I had.
