ok i'm done reading, but i cant find the starter pack!

but in your tut it says copy folder named "floppy" i dont see that folder!

Does this guide still apply for hacking your Samsung drive?

when you say floppy...you mean a 3 1/2" floppy disk? My computer doesnt have one of those....only usb ports and cd/dvd drives. Can someone help me out?

Rick,
Then just go buy one, their only like 8 - 10 bucks..
If your not interested in that, you can always make a bootable CD, though that is a little bit more difficult.
SPIKISH: I think it's pretty normal, that newer machines doesn't have a floppy drive, as you can use CD's and DVD's to store much more data, than the 1.44 MB on the floppy discs.

how can i find out if my computer has all these chipsets? This whole process just seems complicated.
So if my comp has the chipsets, all i need is the SATA cable?

Well it just seems funny to jump into the hacking and peeps don't know if thier chipset will support it. Seems very Noobish, or Stupid m8. Seriously Research it before you try it. It's not the easiest thing to do for people new to computers. P.S. Not trying to down you , just saying learn first man.

Hmm how to I find out if my mobo will run the 360 drive? I know about the progs that tell me (DUH) But what does it need to have excatly? Also what is the best program?

I have a question I have a sammy drive ms=25 and I was able to flash ok but when I connected it back to the xbox 360 and turned it on the power led just continued to flash green( is this normal) the dashboard comes up but will not read a game it says opening and when I click eject it closes but only opens again saying opening. Please help
