search on google you can reflash your eeprom so it is not banned.
thst how i got my xbox unbanned. i signed into xbox live with it modded and bam. so just look for eeprom reflashing tools

holy sh** i just found out that my mod chip lets my flash my eeprom.but know what does that mean is the eeprom like the xbox's identification???

hey check this out you guys
A Fast & Legal way to reflash your EEPROM with Cromwell
Just in case you manage to do something stupid and fry your EEPROM like me (and your box won't boot anymore), you can fix this with these easy steps ... since Cromwell provides everything to flash your EEPROM
Requirements
EEPROM backup, before the disaster (if you don't have one, ask a friend who doesn't play on Live :))
Flashable mod
Quick install
Download the patched Cromwell image
Download the EEPROM patcher
Unzip the image and the patcher, put both in the same directory with your EEPROM image, and patch the Cromwell image with your EEPROM : addEeprom cromwell-patched.bin eeprom.bin
Program your mod with cromwell-patched.bin
Boot your box and wait a few seconds - you should see a message "EEPROM flash - status : SUCCESSFUL"
Your EEPROM is now restored, you can turn off your box and reflash with your favorite bios ... or install Linux :) As a side note, if you want to install Linux I'd suggest you to download an official Cromwell image as I'm not sure of the quality of this build ...

Note that you'll need a fairly recent gcc to build Cromwell - 3.2.3 seems to generate something consistant if not perfect :)

this will let your xbox that has bean banned play on live.
when your xbox gets banned they send a red flag to yoru eeprom.
when your reflash its not there. so then they have no record of it being banned.

You guys are totally funny.... Microsoft is much smarter than you think...just as electronic equipment such as your PC or a router has a MAC address (Media Access Control) so do the components of an Xbox, this is what they are banning so no matter what you can come up with once they ban your Xbox it remains banned because the serials and MAC ids to the major components of that Xbox are banned.
Just get another Xbox they don't close your account because you've paid for the XBL service and would then be entitled to a pro-rated refund. You will continue to be billed every year because you'll find that the service is still available to you, you just can't use your banned Xbox.

I admire you guys tenacity but Liveinfo 3, is not gonna do it. If anyone were successful at doing whats being discussed here, it would have been all over the Net with a tutorial on how to do so by now. You stand a better chance at cracking the Da Vinci Code, guys.. but Good Luck!

It's wild theories like that that contribute to all the bullsh*t that floats around the web, and causes problems here with newbies that know f*ck all about this whole subject, that come here asking how such cr@p theories work, and then when we tell them it's fake, we get sh*t like "but so and so said it can be done, you guys don't know sh*t, wahwahwah", etc etc.

on a softmodded xbox, you can change the ip to ftp to your computer.
so...
you could change the ip, flash the eeprom (or whatever the hell you are supposed to do to it), then see if it works?
