I have a slim ps2 (v14, GH-040-52) that's doing the same thing.. I installed a DMS 4 Pro SE in in a few weeks ago and all was working fine.. now it just goes to green and back to red quickly; no video, no fan, no laser movement. Chip install still looks good; no bridges, short wires, etc. Any ideas?

Check all the fuses on the motherboard using a multi-meter, fuse location diagrams can be found at PS2NFO.com.

I haven't found a v14 diagram anywhere.. All the obvious ones I did check were fine though...
