Spybot delete alot of the MyWebSearch infections, but I didn't want you to run it again just for one entry. Run Spybot again, it will delete it.
Did you find a Trymedia folder or anything related to trymedia?

Your welcome! :)
Time to defragment is depending on the size of your hardrive. Mine(40 GB, with 14 GB free) takes usually about 4-5 hours. Defragment in safe mode, you will get a better defrag.
Safe and clean surfing! :)

That's not your HD size, that's RAM. Right click C:\ and click properties. Under General tab is the size, used and free space. While there, you should enable compression of files. Check "Compress drive to save disk space". It will compress the files automatically and will compress files when they are added.

How are you accessing this site? Does it only happen on certain sites?
It may not be malware related, but let's run another online scan. Go here and run Kaspersky Online Scanner. When it finishes, save the log and post it.

I don't think this is malware related. To tell you the truth, I really do no know what the problem could be, but I'd like you to try something so we can rule out malware.
Restart your computer and press F8 as if you were going to safe mode. Choose "Safe Mode with Networking". If you can acces a site go to the link I gave for the Kaspersky Online Scanner and run it.
Let me know if you can do that and please tell me how you are accessing this site. I didn't quite understand that last post.

Ok, that's good and bad. :)
Good being that you can scan with Kaspersky. Bad being it does resemble malware activity. Write this site down or save it to Notepad so you do not have to acces this site.
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Restart if needed and go there and run the scan. Post the results.

Ok, so that rules out malware completely. Your problems has to be connection related.
Do you have another browser that you can try to access the internet, such as Firefox or Opera? If not, download Firefox and try going to a few sites.
If it still happens with Firefox, I do not know what the problem could be, sorry.

That's great! So, now you know it's an IE problem. Now the problem is finding the problem. :) What has me stumped is that you can load 1 page but none after that. Have a look around in IE's Options and see if you notice anything odd or out of place, such as connection settings.
I recommend using Firefox anyway. It is much safer than IE.
