You deleted the 017 entry, that was your IP.

Open the HijackThis.
Click "Open the Misc Tools section".
Click "Backups".
Select and restore all.

Next, fix ONLY the "about:blank" entires.

Restart and then try running an online scan.

I am back on . . . here is the log and I will restart and scan with Kaspersky . . . Do you think the "O20 - Winlogon Notify: GuardianNOFUL - ðì. (file missing)" is related to PeerGuardian? Should I delete this too?

No, I don't think it's related to PeerGuardian. I have PG and have seen many logs with PG and have never seen this "GuardianNOFUL".

Yes, you should try to fix it with HijackThis. Fix these two:
