i just tried it again and it downloaded all 50 pages try scrolling down slower sometimes it shows blank pages because it cant load it all fast

No one here is going to post a direct link to firmware mods, because it's like posting a link to a pirated game. All you have to do is some leg work and you'll find them or just grab them off a torrent.

yh ok i got it off but i dnt think i have sata port!! next the the IDE connectrs on the motherboard ther wasnt any other tyoe of connectrs! damn!

Hmmm. If it's only a year old, it should have SATA connectors on the motherboard. They're about half an inch long by about a quarter inch.

Yeah. They're usually in a group of 2 or 4. I have 4. 2X2 arrangement. I'd post a pic, but I don't know how.

correct, technically the firmware flash is a softmod since it uses modified software code to bypass certain system checks. A hard mod would involve actual hardware as in chips,and custom code to bypass system checks.
And about the SATA connectors: most are orange and black, i have seen on most dells that they will be coverd by a white cover and be black connectors.
Also an easy way to tell if you have any would be to go into the BIOS and see if they are listed (this may or may not be 100%)
