GBA BIOS-**No Email Posting or Banned!!**

when i download a GBA ROM from anywhere thy are zipped and i unzip them using WinZIP and they are .RAR and i double click them and windows imaging preview comes up and says "FILE TYPE NOT SUPPORTED" and so i try to open it with VISUAL BOY ADVANCE 1.8.0-beta.3 and i cant find the file even though it is in the same place AS VBA and i have used the bios "thanks 4 dat'" and it still wont work and i try opening the zipped file and it says "NO IMAGE FOUND"
