ok so can someone tell me if 3.03 OE-C upgrades my PSP to 3.03 or is it like devhook that it emulates 3.03?
also is dark alex continuing the series like 3.04 OE-A?
the sig of this dude is funny
is that the organization from Kingdom Hearts?

3.03 oe-c allows you to use homebrew and hav all sony fw 3.03 stuff e.t.c.
it can emulate fw 3.03 and play psx games.

3.03 oe-c sort of like fused 1.5 and 3.03 together..which means you have best of both worlds. And you can downgrade back to 1.5 anytime you want through recovery mode (you wouldn't want that after entering 3.03oe though). And you can upgrade straight to 3.03 oe-c from 1.50 or any older. (stated in readme and proven)

looks like to me you havent done your reading about OE. Its called 3.03 OE because it upgrades (hence the name, 3.03) it to 3.03 oe. im pretty sure hes continuing OE firmware.

ok then im going to aattempt to install 3.03 OE-C
and see if homebrew works and not really caring about psx games now besides i have the readme.

it says not existing or corrupted DATA.DAXR file!
i put the DAXR file in the flasher folder thw one withOUT the %
now what!?!?!?

like i said before, you need to upgrade to oe-a first, i havent read a post so far saying that you can go from 1.50 > 3.03 oe-c without oe-a.

dont think so, you can go ahead with oe-c but i recommend you do. a2, and b are small updates anyway so they dont take up much time and theres a reason why these updates were made.
