I fixed it. I just went back to fm 1.50 then put it back up tp 3.03 OE-C and it works now. I guess the USB Mod v4b takes away the ability to run games from the ms so I will install that on my other psp.

Wargoul: I was having this problem tonight.. I figured it out without having to switch to 1.5 and back to 3.10.

Holding the square button toggles the usb_hostfs mode, so you were probably viewing the ISO folder on your PC. Since you were most likely not running usb_hostfs on your PC at the time, you weren't seeing any ISOs. Holding square for a second will switch to the ISO folder on your MS instead of your PC.

Note: You have to view your saved games (Saved Data Utility) to get the PSP to refresh the ISO folder.

It must save your usb_hostfs on/off state even after a reboot, because I cold-booted mine like 10x and it didn't turn off.

I am well aware of how the holding the square down should work infact it now does but at the time it did not. Which is why it could not figure out wtf was wrong with it I guess we will never know as it works perfectly fine now

Same thing was happening here. Holding square worked a few times, as I heard the USB connect and disconnect sound on my PC, but I think I may have done the connect/disconnect too many times or switched back and forth too fast, because it stopped working for me too eventually.

Switching kernels to 1.5 and back probably resets it enough to fix anything that may have been stuck, settings-wise. Since I had tried that too, it's probably what worked for me as well.
