Alright, so I ordered the WiiD, and it should be here in a few days! I have another question about it! The Recovery switch or whatever, where you have to solder on point D on the chip, what does this do, and is it beneficial to the installation? Thanks again!

Okay, so if I ever want to Disable the chip, or Recover it, then that is what I would do! Alright, that helped! But what do you mean by a bad flash? Do you have to flash the system or something? Thanks again!

@larrylje
So, the quick solder method did not work on the WiiD! I screwed up on something, so now I'm going with the wire install! If you could give me any information on what to/not to do? That would be great! Thanks!
Actually, instead of that... Could you tell me what the Wii will do if I installed it right? I have 2 more wires to go, and I'm feeling really confident about this, so If you could do that, that would be even better!!!

Quick soldering the Wiid is a pain in the ass. You have to be really careful with something that small. The way i found out my chip worked was when i put in a backup of NTSC superpaper mario on. It ran the update then Vioala. It worked!
BYAAHH!!!!

I did the wire install like you said larrylje, and I got the chip working! It is updated, and my backups are working just fine! The quicksolder method sucked (with something that small), and I just did the wire install, and I haven't had any problems yet! Thanks for the Help!!!

It's all good man! Thanks for the help! You have totally helped me with this! Thanks again!!!
I have certain games though, that seem to run a little slow, and glitchy when playing them (i.e. Warioware, Elebits), and I don't know if it's the chip or not!
