You should format your memory stick from the psp menu (back up your data first) and it will create the correct folders for you..place your ISO games into the ISO folder in the root of your memstick....

emulators go in either the GAME or the GAME150 folder, whichever works better for you..I personally use the GAME folder on my 3.40OE-A

the cso was loading then it said game could not be started :( i'll try another tho maybe it was cso's fault

if its the "game could not be started 8002xx021" error..make sure you have a game UMD in the slot and/or having "no UMD" disabled in your recovery console...

Ahh yes..I had that same problem just earlier today with splinter cell:essentials...Turns out I had the "no UMD" enabled for some reason..I think I was trying to see which iso's I have will play without having a UMD in the drive and I forgot to switch it back...XO

for whatever reason i can only play iso's with umd enbled with a umd in the drive, anyone know why this might be?
