by the way.. people say it could be that the roms corrupted.. well i redid the whole process of getting the matching cache folder and everything.. its not the rom i dont think because i downloaded differnet roms of marvel games.. anyone?
I'll bite...What are you using for an emulator that you would attempt to play PS2 games on your PSP? I wasn't aware of such a thing...
In any event, you may want to bump up your processor speed on your PSP- This is done through the recovery console-assuming that you know how to access this..if not, I will give you a free lesson.
1)turn off the psp completely by holding the power switch up for about 5 seconds
2)While turning the psp back on, hold down the R trigger button
once you are in recovery-just scroll down to CPU speed, and change both options to either 300 or 333mhz-dont worry, its safe to do this-the only drawback is decreased battery time. Once you are done with that, hit back which will take you to the main menu-then exit out to save your changes, your psp will restart...
give that a try, but like I said I wasnt aware of a emu for PS2 games.
also-you may want to edit out of this thread that you hijacked, unless you have something to add to that, but really you need to watch the double posting-it could get you banned..If you need to ask questions, start a new thread.Ok?

exactly!!
Thats not a PS2 emulator-its a Capcom Play System emulator-it emulates arcade games like Street Fighter and stuff...
I thought you were on to something there DEVINRL, and I thought I was losing my mind because I knew there wasnt an emulator for the PS2-It wouldnt work-A)The button configurations, and B)The framerate would be too much for the PSP to handle-I can barely play N64 games on my PSP....
Leave the button support and stuff, imagine this... PS2 and PSP Hardwares are TOTALLY different, PS2 is way better than PSP, PSP is more like PSX technology with some-lot of improvments so if they want to emulate the PS2 they will need a brand new hardware for the PSP...
hahahha absolutely true..... sorry for getting you guys a hard on for a second.i thought tats what it stood for.. that explains everything.. asll of my questions towards this one guy.. what was i thinking... i knew a ps2 emulator would be prety big...itd already be out... hhaha mahh bad.., im out.. thanks for some help though. =D
