Updated the software and still nothing happened. Found a splitter at the side of the house that the previous occupant must have put there. Took it away and tried manually tune the frequencies but again nothing happened. Doing a powerscan but doubt anything will happen. Any suggestions? Does the digital service have to be available to get the channels or is it ok with basic?

By cable do you mean digital or analogue? I know it seems like a stupid question but I'm not sure you are talking about the type of cable service or the actual cable line.

Hi there
feeling awfully stupid here,
for some reason i felt the need to reset factory settings on this euro-vox
it had 126 channels but i tried to get more and really made a mess of it,
does this mean i have to hook up a pc to it or something
mainamn, i'll put you on my christmas card list for life if you can help me

Can somebody tell me what is wrong with my eurovox (blue box) or Euro-vox Max, when I switch it on it only has the two dots in the middle like in between the time.
What's happened and how do I get it back to normal - please help...

i need help geting digivox working with chorus ,i manualy put freq in but it wont up date, all the cannels are scrambeld

Hi. I was wondering if any 1 can help me. Does yout TV 1700 (sky box office) channel work fine? Mine use to work however its just completely blank now and it says updating but it keeps updating numerous times and it don't work. Any help please? Is your channel the same?

hi all i am a newbie,i had lost some channels and followed the reset got all the channels back, but s-y sp**ts 1 is coming up with s-y bet messages and is framed in a blue frame, i am sure it will be something obvious, any help would be much appreciated

hi mainamn, your info is spot on and helped me get back my s*y channels on my digivox, however s*y sp**ts 1 comes up with a s*y b*t screen, i cant get rid of it any advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance mate.

I dont know what u mean, 's*y b*t screen' (sorry)
but it could be that u are still using the bad s*y channel. Did u check for the newly scanned one at the end of your channel listings ( ie. it wont be in your fav's)
