Thats the contact info for the UK... You will get a call center in India regardless of what number you call

thats where all the Microsoft call centers are... or atleast ever time I have called them that is where I have ended up! Same with dell lol

i just sent my 360 in for the same problem i got freezes after about 1 moinute of game play and i get the red dots on the screen or games just freezing up then the 3 rings of evil nonsense......i sent mine in for repair to microsoft and i'm waiting on them to send me it back......

hello,i just called microsoft and i told them what the problem was etc.. and then the person who i was speaking with goes if u want i can book u a placement to send ur xbox and u'll hv to pay £50 am like What the f***, and he said after thei'll end me the xbox it will come with an extra 1yr warranty.

i don't know what to do all i know iis that i can't play my 360 now.

hi, i just got the 3Red Light problem, and now i called microsoft again and i said i ein't paying nothing when i got the 3redlight problem.
