i do not know what you are waiting for. if you bought a psp from a store then you have normally 90 days to take it back. and i am sure if you got one psp that was a 2.81 then there will be others at the same store.

just to let you know i would not get to happy after that cause now you are going to need to find a GTA game for ex., but we will tell you about that if you get another psp

really thats what i would do...
let me know what you think
dude he was using 2.80 not 2.81 if it was 2.80 he culd easly just use the 2.80 downgrader dee dee dee

I think he was saying that if he'd got it at 2.80, maybe the store still had other 2.80's.

i downloaded a downgrader in QJ.net and you can see in the image that there is an option 3.52 to be downgraded. does this work?[

Try it? I have feeling it will say something like "Sorry, this firmware version cannot be downgraded", or maybe it will actually try and end up bricking your PSP somehow.

Yes, it does, but this thread, and the replies, were made before the "pandora" app was released. Also, the 1.50 installed is a stripped down version.

The Pandora Battery is the jigkick that everyone has been talking about. It was just released and it will unbrick any bricks and downgrade any firmware including future releases.

The pandora battery was released today my Team Noobz, it can convert any normal battery and memory card into a "Jig-Kick" which can reflash any fully bricked PSP to 1.50. So, all you have to do is brick it somehow, then use this.

Take note that after you have converted the memory card and battery for use as a Jig-Kick, they cannot be used for normal operation again.

You will need someone who has a homebrew enabled PSP to make the Jig-Kick for you.

It sounds like when you don't need it again, you can just re-format your memory card. But i think that your battery is permanently changed (Maybe they will release something later to alter this).

I don't think the battery is permanently like that since the readme only says that the jigkick battery will not boot the PSP in its normal state. If it does I'm quite confident that, like you said, they will come out with something to fix it.

some guy said to me that the jig-kick battery can be done back to normal...google it...only for downgrading though...if u want to make a pandora battery for a bricked psp then u gotta get a spare one...if u do the pandora battery the normal way then u cant recover it...unless u buy a new battery...

The posts above were from when the Pandora battery had just been released and details were patchy.

no thats not ture... you can make your battery work again. i read it some where but now i cant find where i saw it. (cause it really dont matter because i am going to use a spare battery) i'm sure if you look it up you will find something on the topick of using your battery again after you convert it to a jig-kick. i do remember the site talking about you having to back up the battery and stuff if you plan on using the battery normally. but they said if you convert your battery back from a jig-kick there will be some side-effects. they did not say what. but i am going to look for the site that i was reading this.

Hehe, don't worry, i found out a couple of days ago you could use your battery again normally if you back it up. But yes, i'm going to use a spare as well.
