hi, ive been researching a bit.. bout downgrading... i need to downgrade a 3.11 version to 1.5 or to an oea version.. would this downgrader/upgrader work/ has anyone tried the 3.11 version.. pls anyone? im very pessimistic if it comes to psp.. as ive read the post there's a sort of 25-40% factor that it would not work.. wayyyy too high risk for me. i just wanna know if this works for 3.11 also ive read that some of the firmware hackers havent done it yet thats also where my pessimism comes...
