From what I've read, the update on MP3-C has to do with some kind of sound fix.

As there still seems to be no concensus on the 3.0 update yet, I would like to ask the Wiikey users what their experiences have been.

I have 2.0U right now, but would like to update to 3.0U before playing any import games. I do play lots of GC games, and I am hoping to start playing some roms (nes, snes, genesis, etc) on my Wii as well. Will the update to 3.0U stop me from doing either of these things? Oh, my wiikey has not been flashed at all, and has its original firmware.

hi all
i download the update 1.9b wiikey and 1.3disk config img. from wiikey web site yesterday . Try to burn in to dvd-r disk but stil dont know how ?!!on the update they have 1.9b us.iso ,1.9b pal.iso and 1.9b ie .iso , each of them about 40mb . so how can i can make it to 1.5g gc to write DVD-r , i try to drag it to FIX SIZE file.cmd like some one said but it does't work , still see it about 40mb . Please help and explain how to do step by step . thank's

i just updated my wiikey with the 1.3 setup disk and tried playing a copy of mp3 ...... didnt work with my normal method:rawdump2.0, wii brickblocker and imgburn @ 4x..... wii recognized game but click start it shut the wii off.... stuck in original mp3 and let it do the update then the wii restarted and i stuck my copy in and success playing now with no problem
